रूपा को न्याय दिलाएं

राजकोट के थोराला में दलित युवती रूपा पर अत्याचार करनेवाले पुलीसों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने के लिए अनुरोध करता हुआ पत्र आज गुजरात के पुलीस महानिर्देशक चित्तरंजनसिंह, राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग, अनुसूचित जाति आयोग, राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार आयोग को भेजा गया है. इन सब का इ-मेइल आईडी इस प्रकार है,

Sub: police atrocity on dalit girl in Thorala, Rajkot.

Dear Sir,

Some policemen of Thorala Police Station, Rajkot entered house of Rupa Savjibhai Sondarva (age 16 years) on 25 June, 2012, between hrs. 12.00 To 12.30 noon. Rupa was cooking on second floor of her house. The policemen entered from the adjoining house. Policemen beat Rupa with sticks. She ran to escape from them. They kicked her in her back making her to fall from the stairs of her house. Due to this fall Rupa was badly injured in her back. Rupa was admitted in Rajkot civil hospital on 26 June, 2012. (Copy of case paper is attached herewith.) But, she was not properly treated in the ho9spital. Then, on 2 July, 2012 Rupa has been admitted in civil hospital, Ahmedabad as inddoor patient. (Copy of the case paper is attached herewith.)

You are requested to order DySP, Rakjkot to file first information report (FIR) against those policemen who are responsible to impose severe injury on Rupa Sondarva. You are also requested to order DySP, Rajkot file FIR under concerned sections of Atrocity Act.   

For your kind information, the member of National Commission for Scheduled castes, Mr. Raju Parmar also visited Thorala and ordered to prepare Action Taken Report in this case from Collector, Rajkot district.
